PROJECT MANAGER - M&E BUILDING SERVICES

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of building services projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the project, including resource allocation, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress reports, and effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources, optimize project performance, and implement best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to project team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the building services industry, overseeing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of building services systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality requirements.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools to effectively plan, track, and report project progress.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
