PROJECT COST- £16000
AP Mitchell have just completed a project at Lache Primary School. This included;
-Uplifting existing parquet flooring and disposing of it off site.
- Returning to site once sub floor has dried out and applying a one coat of Epoxy damp proof membrane to surface.
- Applying screed over DPM once dry with latex based leveler.
- Supplying and fitting Polysafe Wood FX to sink area.
- Supplying and fitting Polyflor Forest FX to remainder of room.
- Heat seam welding all joints and sealing perimeter with mastic.
