Maggie's Cancer Centre - Carroll Builders & Contractors

On behalf of Carroll Builders & Contractors, AP Mitchell undertook a major mechanical and electrical engineering project at the new Maggie's Cancer Centre at Clatterbridge Hospital. Our works on site covered a range of building services offerings, and included:

  • Mains distribution equipment
  • Internal and external lighting
  • Electrical small power fixtures
  • Solar PV array
  • Fire alarm system
  • Intruder alarm system
  • Mechanical heating services
    • 2 No. air source heat pumps
    • Under-sink water heaters
    • Underfloor heating manifolds
  • Mains hot & cold water services, including distribution pipework
  • Boosted cold water services
  • Sprinkler system
  • Sanitary ware fittings throughout the building
